My husband bought this teacup & saucer for me b/c he knows how much I love to collect teacups!
My husband & I will be celebrating our 25th Anniversary this year!
We will be going to Veradera, Cuba and staying at IBEROSTAR Hotel & Resort in March.
I'm so excited to experience this tropical vacation with the love of my life!

I have this new Pumpkin Oatmeal recipe to share today!
If you like Pumpkin & Oatmeal you will love this new recipe!
It is great source of protein & fibre to stay healthy.
Pumpkin Oatmeal with a Sprinkle of Pecans!
1/2 cup of Instant Oatmeal
1/2 cup of Organic Pumpkin Puree
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of nutmeg
1/2 - 3/4 cups of water
Cook on stovetop or microwave for approximately 2 minutes.
You can add 1 scoop vanilla protein if you wish. (Source of Protein for Vegetarians)
Sprinkle with Pecans.
Bon Appetit

ReplyDeleteNothing like some hot sun in Cuba to celebrate with your hubby, congrats on a milestone anniversary this year.
After making a small cake for the two of us, I'll have to see how I can replicate a small pie like your pecan one, which looks delicious.
