Some pretty bling and pops of color with paint!
Paint is the quickest way to transform just about anything!
And I love, love to paint!

I had two end tables with a matching coffee table that needs some TLC.
I love the design & pretty legs of this table.  I thought it
would look amazing with a few coats of white paint.  I used white Beauti-tone paint.
I will be showing the coffee table in another post.

The perfect folding chair for my daughter's room.
I used Beauti-tone white paint to match the tables.

This is the white table and matching folding chairs.
I love the crisp clean look of white!
It can transform any drab piece of furniture into fabulous pieces!
The walls were a dark purple and I painted them this turquoise color !
My daughter was really happy when she came home from University
to see her turquoise walls and new white furniture.  She loves it!

I purchased some shabby chic, ruffled floral pillow cases and white bedspread for her bed.
I will be posting a before and after of her room later.

My husband and son were floored when I sent them to pick up this piece. lol
They thought it belonged at the side of the road.
I had a vision of what I wanted to do with this little gem.
Again, a few coats of paint, new back piece and a few baskets for pops of color and voila!
I love, love it!

I bought some turquoise baskets to set on the shelves.
I love the turquoise and tiny pink flowers inside the baskets.

  4. I love what you can do with a can of white paint! I have painted all the furniture in our living room and it looks so much better. I haven't liked the look of dark wood for a good many years now. Your pieces look fabulous! And I like the pretty pop of turquoise; another favourite colour of mine. I have two of those folding chairs but it never occured to me to paint them. Fab idea! Thanks for sharing with us, Lisa, and have a lovely day.

    Blessings,
    Sandi
