Welcome to Tea Time Tuesday!
and Pink Saturday!
Today I am sharing my Queen Anne teacup that my husband gave me for my birthday.
I love the Magnolia & Pink Roses
on this beautiful teacup!
My husband bought me some pink carnations
for my birthday. He knows how much I love pink! They smell so beautiful.
This is my half eaten heart shaped ice cream birthday cake. I forgot to take pictures of it before we ate it! lol
I'm a day late entering my post b/c my daughter & her boyfriend were in an accident in London. A vehicle run a red light and t boned them sending them spinning and flipping the truck. They were both transported to London hospital with no life threatening injures and released the same day. I thank God they were not injured badly and just a few scratches, cuts & bruises. She is resting and taking muscle relaxers and pain meds for her neck & shoulders. His face is bruised & scratched but other than that they walked away with no broken bones. Thank God. It has been a few emotional & stressful days but she is looking forward to leaving for school with her best friend. I am so thankful that they are alright. Counting my blessings.
Have a wonderful week.
Thanks for visiting Magnolia Cottage.

Oh, Lisa, I am so glad your daughter and her boyfriend are alright! How terrible! What a scare you have all gotten!
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining me for tea today in spite of all you've endured the last while.

What a beautiful blog! I would LOVE to visit Canada someday. It has been one of my dreams since I was a littl girl and watched the Anne movies for the first time. ;-)
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear about the accident involving your daughter! My little boys and I were in a car accident yesterday, but thankfully we were fine, and the car still runs, although it looks very sad.
Car accidents are so scary! Glad she is ok.
Hi Lisa...What a beatiful teacup. Happy Birthday, even though it's late. I think the fact that your daughter and her boyfriend escaped serious injury in that accident was your best gift! Don't you? So glad they are both okay. Our children are always so special and precious to us. Take care, Lisa. Susan
