Today I am sharing my teacup & saucer with a bouquet

 of pretty lavender & maroon pansies on the teacup & saucer and

a soft gold trim around the edges.

I'm serving earl grey tea and mini teddy bear snacks for dessert.

so cute!

I picked a bouquet of lilacs and pompom flowers from my garden  

and placed them in a pretty garden boot I had in my kitchen. 

I love, love the lilac scent through out the kitchen.

We have amazing weather today. The sun is shining and it's 

the perfect day to be outdoors. I plan on getting my flowers

to decorate my front and back decks today!

I went to the local florist this week and ordered my flowers for the

tables for our anniversary luncheon.  I chose blue iris, white and pink stargazers, white carnations, and small white & green accent mini flowers as fillers.  I will be sharing the end of the month. 

My daughter is going to help me with the bouquets for the tables.

Well it's a beautiful day and times a wasting so I must go for now!

My son surprised me and came home for Mother's day!

He was touring in the Maritimes for 2.5 weeks and drove

all the way home to see me for Mother's day!

I was overjoyed and couldn't have been happier.  I have

both my kids home with me to celebrate.  They

took me out for a beautiful dinner at The Chilled Cork.

I am one lucky Mom!

Today I am sharing my Royal Bouquet,  Crown Essex, Staffordshire made in England  teacup collection.

I love the yellow rose pattern and delicate rose bud design.

I am serving strawberry coconut loose leaf tea from bulk barn.  

I have some chocolate cream filled cupcakes as well.

Please help yourself!

I have been working on my Anniversary favors and re-upholstering another chair.

I chose a beautiful white print fabric for my chair and painted the chair white.

  

 I purchased some rhinestone trim for my chair at Michael's craft store.

I love the way it turned out and can't wait to begin the second chair.

The fabric sitting on my re-upholstered chair is for the curtains

 I am making for the window.

I planted 2 cherry trees last year and you can see it from the window.

It has beautiful flowers.
